For the experienced/elite athlete (experienced semi-pro & amateurs) who has a minimum of 1-2 years of training experience especially resistance training. Private, Semi-Private, Group, & Team Training options available. 1.15-1.5 hr sessions.

Athletic Development for novice-trained collegiate and high-school athletes who have less than 1 year of training. Build a strong athletic base that will serve for years to come focusing on proper execution of technique & movements over heavy lifting. Junior-High, Middle school and aspiring youth athlete development. No training experience necessary. Use and learn to use body-weight exercises to build a strong athletic base focusing on coordination and proper execution of movement patterns.  1hr sessions.
